As a Front Office team member, you play an important role in our office and perform a wide range of responsibilities, including:

• Greet patients and check them in and out, before and after treatment.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
• Verify insurance for all clinical appointments.
• Collect all monies due for services rendered.
• Educate patient families on treatment plans.
• Understand and submit insurance claims.
• Conduct financial arrangements with patients regarding treatment plans.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• A minimum of two years of front office experience preferably in a dental setting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of dental software strongly preferred.
