CarolinasDentist is opening our newest practice in North Raleigh, and we’re looking for a passionate, driven, and experienced Dental Assistant II to help us launch with excellence! As a Dental Assistant II, you’ll be a key player in supporting our doctors and ensuring every patient experience is smooth, safe, and full of care. From assisting chairside and maintaining a sterile environment to patient education and same-day treatment support, you’ll bring both clinical skill and positive energy to every day.

• What You’ll Do:

  • Provide outstanding chairside support to doctors during procedures

  • Set up and break down operatories, ensuring infection control and sterilization standards are followed

  • Take X-rays, impressions, and assist with digital scans

  • Educate patients before, during, and after treatment

  • Support same-day treatment and help keep the clinical schedule on track

  • Collaborate with front office and hygiene teams to create a seamless experience

What We’re Looking For:

• • NC Dental Assistant II certification required

  • Must have Coronal Polishing Certification  

  • X-ray certification 

  • 1+ year of dental assisting experience preferred

  • Radiology certification required

  • Excellent clinical and communication skills

  • A team-first mindset and a proactive, can-do attitude

  • Comfort using technology and a willingness to learn new systemsA compassionate approach to patient care and comfort.
